Mexican Spanish Synthesis

In Summer 1997, Alejandro Barbosa from TLATOA Universidad de las Americas Puebla (UDLA) (Puebla, Mexico) developed the OGIspanish synthesizer with the OGI TTS group while visiting our lab. It includes two diphone voices and duration, intonation, and letter-to-sound rules for Mexican Spanish.
