Download release candidate one of the CSLU Toolkit by filling out this registration form. You'll receive detailed installation instructions (including a link to a customized installation program) in an email message. Version 2.0 beta 2 of the CSLU Speech Toolkit for Windows is no longer available.

The installation program will download the selected portions of the CSLU Toolkit software in 1Mb chunks. The download is fully restartable: if the download fails (due to network reliability problems, for instance) or if it is cancelled you can simply re-run cslu200.exe to continue download at the point where the interruption occurred.

A minimal installation will download 31Mb of data and the "typical" (recommended) installation 64Mb. A complete download of the toolkit and all of the optional modules and TTS voices is around 152Mb.

Once the initial installation of the software is complete you can use the "Web Update" program from the "CSLU Toolkit"->"Admin" start menu to add additional modules and patches.

If installing under Windows NT/2000/XP you need to do so with an account that has administrative privileges.
