Our goal at CSLU is to make interactive systems work. This requires basic research to advance core language technologies, and the evaluation of research advances in the context of real-world applications. At CSLU, basic research is conducted in Research Groups. Research advances are integrated into the CSLU Toolkit, and evaluated in the context of applications developed using the toolkit's authoring tools.
